4. Advertising and Tracking

Our free tier displays non-personalized advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and IP addresses for ad delivery and measurement purposes. This use of device identifiers by AdMob constitutes "tracking" as defined by Apple. On first launch (iOS), you will be asked for permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, AdMob will not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). You can change this preference at any time in your device's privacy settings. We have configured AdMob to serve non-personalized ads only. Premium subscribers do not see advertisements and are not tracked.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
• Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel
• Regular security audits and updates

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

• Anonymous device identifier: Duration of app usage
• Search analytics: 24 months in anonymized, aggregated form
• Transaction records: 7 years (legal requirement)
• Usage analytics: 24 months in anonymized form

7. Your Rights

Since we collect only anonymous data, traditional data rights are limited. However:

• Opt-out: You can disable location services for this app through your device settings
• Tracking: On iOS, you can control ad tracking via the App Tracking Transparency prompt
• Analytics: You can contact us to request deletion of analytics data associated with your anonymous device identifier

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The app collects only anonymous device identifiers and usage analytics.

Our third-party service providers (HERE Maps, RevenueCat, Google AdMob) may process data in countries other than your country of residence. These providers maintain their own data protection standards. No personal account data is transferred as we do not collect it.
